Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging.
 
To start a return, please contact us at contact@gloryallan.com and provide us with:
  1. Your order #
  2. An explanation of the issue with your purchase
We'll ensure to remediate and provide you with a solution as soon as possible. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be refunded.
 
Returns may take up to 45 days to be processed. We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method, less the return shipping cost. This fee will be communicated to you prior to providing you with a shipping label. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For orders outside of the US and Canada, sender will pay for return shipping. Any duties incurred will also be deducted from the returned amount.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you've received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
 
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, like DIY Kits, paper and PDF sewing patterns, sewing shop items, and custom products (such as special orders, handmade or personalized items). This ensures the integrity and quality of our products. Our policy helps us maintain the highest standards of hygiene, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
 
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
 
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
