Order processing can take from 2 to 3 days to ship out. Add 1 week for handmade items as it may be a made-to-order.
Once your order has been shipped, we will have emailed you a tracking number with which to track your order. If you do not receive your order, please first refer to the tracking information provided to you, and then reach out to us via email in order to assist you in finding your package. Note: Glory Allan is not liable or responsible for stolen packages.
For customers in Europe, and other countries charging import fees (not including US or Canada), please note that minimal customs may be charged, and will not be charged based on the actual order price. Glory Allan is not liable for these costs. These costs are determined by the customs agency of the destination country and therefore, Glory Allan has no control over them. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. If duties and taxes are not paid for by the customer and there is a refusal upon delivery, customers will not be reimbursed for their order.
