Order processing can take from 2 to 5 business days to ship out. Add 1 week for handmade items as it may be a made-to-order.
When a customer places an order with our store, we will promptly send a tracking code via email to the email address on file. This tracking code enables customers to monitor the progress of their delivery through the designated courier's tracking feature. In the event that a customer does not receive their order within the expected timeframe, we kindly request them to utilize the provided tracking code to directly contact the courier. The courier's customer service team will be able to assist in resolving any delivery issues, providing real-time updates, and facilitating the successful receipt of the package. Our customer support team is also available to provide guidance and assistance throughout this process.
To ensure a successful delivery of your purchased product from our store, it is crucial that customers make the necessary arrangements to ensure delivery accessibility. This includes providing accurate and up-to-date delivery information such as the correct shipping address, contact details, and any specific instructions for the carrier. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that someone is available at the specified delivery address to receive the package during the designated delivery timeframe. Failure to provide accurate and accessible delivery information may result in delays or unsuccessful delivery attempts. We kindly request our customers to proactively communicate with the carrier or our customer support team to make any necessary arrangements and ensure a smooth and timely delivery process.
Glory Allan holds no responsibility, accountability, or liability for the actions or circumstances that prevent customers from receiving their purchased products. While we strive to ensure a seamless and timely delivery process, various factors beyond our control can impact the successful delivery of goods. These factors may include but are not limited to: incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, lost or stolen packages, carrier-related issues, customs regulations, natural disasters, or unforeseen events. It is important to note that once the product leaves our possession and is entrusted to the designated shipping carrier, the responsibility for its safe and timely delivery rests solely with the carrier and the customer.
Shipping times:
For customers in Europe, and other countries charging import fees (not including US or Canada), please note that minimal customs may be charged, and will not be charged based on the actual order price. Glory Allan is not liable for these costs. These costs are determined by the customs agency of the destination country and therefore, Glory Allan has no control over them. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. If duties and taxes are not paid for by the customer and there is a refusal upon delivery, customers will not be reimbursed for their order.
